LOCAL CHURCH DONATES OVER 15,000 POUNDS OF FOOD TO CALGARY FOOD BANK THIS YEAR
October 28, 2018 (CALGARY, Alberta) – The Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) recently donated about 6,300 pounds of food donations to the Calgary Food Bank as the Church continued its food drive in this part of Canada. This was in addition to the almost 9,000 pounds of food donations of the INC in Calgary given by INC volunteers early this year, which makes a grand total of over 15,000 pounds, or 7.5 tons, of food donations given by the Church this year.

Taong 1966-1967 may mga Filipino na nag-migrate sa America. Duon sa Honolulu Hawai, ang mga Filipino ay hindi magkakakilala. May isang kapatid na naglalakad at nadinig niya sa isang bahay na may umaawit ng "Ako'y Iglesia Ni Cristo" duon nagsimula na magkakila sila at nakilala pa nila ang iba pang mga kapatid natin na nanduon. Ang unang pagsasama-sama at pagkakatipon nila ay sa dako ng Oahu, Honolulu Hawai.
Nuong Disyembre 1967 humiling ang mga kapatid natin duon sa pamamagitan ng sulat sa Pamamahala ng Iglesia na magkaroon ng mga pagsamba sa kanilang dako. Ang tugon ng Pamamahala:
"Hindi pupwede, wala akong maipadadalang Ministro sa dako ninyo."
Nang matanggap nila ang liham, muling sumulat ang mga kapatid na nagsasabi,
"Kapatid, papaano po kami maliligtas?"
Kaya nagpasya ang Tagapamahalang Pangkalahatan, ang kapatid na Eraño G. Manalo na dalawin ang mga kapatid duon at tipunin sa isang dako sa maliit na bahay sa Ewa Honolulu upang pangasiwaan ang kauna-unahang pagsamba sa labas ng Pilipinas. July 27, 1968.

A Thousand More Additional Helpers of the Church Administration in Hawaii - Pacific
HONOLULU, HAWAII — It was in Hawaii where the prophesied mission of the Church Of Christ (Iglesia Ni Cristo) in the Far West first set foot, and since then the members of the Church Of Christ in the West has grown steadily.
In the Ecclesiastical District of Hawaii-Pacific, the growing number of brethren necessitates more helpers in caring for the spiritual needs of the members. It is because of this that brethren voluntarily presented themselves and heeded the call of the Church Administration to be additional Church Officers.
The District held a Special Gathering and Oath-Taking for new Church Officers to usher in more than a thousand additional helpers of the Church Administration. The Oath-Taking was held at the Hawaii Convention Center. Along with the island of Oahu, brethren from the local congregations in Maui, Kauai, Big Island and even as far as American Samoa, also attended the special gathering through live video conferencing.
The activity is in line with the preparations for the 50th Anniversary of the Church Of Christ in the West.

MANILA, PHILIPPINES - After conducting medical and other related services to the people and the preaching of God's words during the Evangelical Mission, the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) thru the Felix Y. Manalo Foundation distributed food parcels to the attendees. Each of the visitors also received a copy of PASUGO: God's Message magazines where the fundamental beliefs of the Church Of Christ are outlined. Their smiles are the proof of their gratefulness to the Church Administration.

SOUTH KOREA — The CEBSI-produced film which tackles the life of Iglesia ni Cristo members during the Japanese occupation of the Philippines has captured a wide audience in the Ecclesiastical District of South Korea. Gathering at the local congregation’s halls or at brethren’s home, brothers and sisters from various congregations have been deeply inspired in the performance of their Church duties.

A screening was set-up in appropriate areas of the Congregation.
"Kapayapaan sa Gitna ng Digmaan" is a biopic of Brother Yoshiaki Muto. It talks of the cruelty of war and how faith endured through the harshest of trials.
Brethren from Uijeongbu Congregation also gathered and made us of their time to watch the CEBSI produced film.
INCGiving Neighbourhood Appreciation Day in Melbourne
MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA — As a celebration for the 41st Anniversary of the Local Congregation of Melbourne, Ecclessiactical District of Australia West, brethren held a Neighbourhood Appreciation Day. It was a good opportunity to connect with the local community around the Maribyrnong area, where the house of worship is situated.
During the event, there was a barbeque, winter-wear giveaways, games, a jumping castle, photo-booth, dance performances to INC Music, face painting, free health check-ups as well as an INC Gallery.

There is no evidence that any member of the Iglesia ni Cristo (INC) was involved in the murder of Fr. Richmond Nilo
MANILA, Philippines — There is no evidence that any member of the Iglesia ni Cristo (INC) was involved in the murder of Fr. Richmond Nilo in Zaragoza, Nueva Ecija last Sunday, Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Director General Oscar Albayalde said yesterday.
“Yes, accordingly Fr. Nilo was a staunch critic of the INC, but there is no evidence yet to link the killing to it,” Albayalde said.
Police investigators have two persons of interest in the investigation of the case.
Albayalde said investigators have analyzed the footage of the closed circuit television cameras in the area that could help shed light on the assassination of Nilo.
Albayalde said Chief Supt. Amador Corpus, Central Luzon police director, and investigators have requested two more days to get more details on the killing of the priest.
Corpus said among the angles being investigated is a land dispute and Nilo’s assistance to a rape victim.
Albayalde went to the wake of Nilo at San Vicente Ferrer parish church to sympathize with the victim’s family and to personally check on the investigation.
Initial investigation showed that two assassins seen riding on a motorcycle stopped at the chapel of Barangay Mayamot in Zaragoza minutes before they gunned down the priest.
Albayalde said the suspects were able to escape after the shooting.
Corpus revealed that the priest was a known supporter of oppressed and aggrieved groups and individuals, especially minors.
Corpus said Nilo had been helping people involved in a land dispute, and that he had received death threats.
Corpus added investigators are closely coordinating with the family of Nilo to get more information that could lead to the killers and masterminds.
Although he maintained that the case was isolated, Albayalde pointed out that the PNP is treating the case seriously.
Aside from coordinating with Nilo’s relatives, Albayalde said forensic experts are also checking the cellular phones of the victim that could lead to the resolution of the case.

First IGLESIA NI CRISTO Church build in 1914
Ang Kapilya ng Lokal ng Punta
Ang Kauna-unahang Lokal ng Iglesia ni Cristo sa Pilipinas. Matatagpuan ito sa A.Bautista St. (Ngayon ay F. Manalo St.), Punta, Sta. Ana, Maynila.
Ito ay nasimulan ang gawain na unang ipinagaral ng Ka Felix Y. Manalo noong mga huling bahagi ng 1913 at natatag noong 1914. Ang Kapilya ng Punta ay naitayo noong 1937 dahil sa dumarami ang mga kaanib ay pinagasiwaan ng Ka Felix Manalo sa pagtatalaga ng Sambahan.
Dahil sa pagdami ng mga kaanib na halos di na magkasya sa ginagawa pagsamba ay ipinasaya ng namamahala ng Iglesia na mapagtayuan ng malaking sambahan na inihandog noong 1994.
Sa loob ng maraming taon ay ipinasya na kumpunihin ang sambahan dahil sa kalumaan upang ibalik sa orihinal ng pagkakayari nito ay sinimulan noong huling bahagi ng dekada 90.
Noong 2000 ay pinasinayaan bilang museo upang maingatan ang mga mahahalagang pangyayari na naganap sa nasabing dako. At maibahagi sa mga kabataan ng Iglesia Ni Cristo sa mga susunod na Henerasyon.

Tanong bakit po nanatiling matatag ang kapilya natin sa kabila ng pinagdaanan nitong unos???

Isang bagay na natutunan ko buhat aking mga pinagdaanan,kahit na ibigay mo na lahat ng effort at pagmamahal mo,kahit na gaano ka pa kaganda magagawa ka pa ring saktan ng bongga.Kaya kung magmamahal ka wag mong ibubuhos lahat.Magtira ka para sa sarili mo.
Kaya sa lahat ng mga nanakit sa akin,maraming salamat naging bahagi kayo ng makulay kong mundo at nang dahil sa pananakit niyo,nainspiredakong pagbutihin ang pag-aaral ko.Dinurog niyo man ang puso ko, nariyan ang Ama at muling binuo ito.

Kaibigan. Kaibigang mula sa Ama. Iba talaga pag galing sa Kanya. Iba talaga pag mula sa Kanya. Alam mong tunay at totoo. Saksi ang bawat sulok ng Kapilya, maging ang mga tawanan na ating pinagsamahan sa Dressing Room, saksi ang Kalihiman sa bawat pagsasamahang ating binuo, saksi ang bawat aktibidad sa ating matibay na ugnayan at saksi ang Ama sa lahat ng bagay na ating pinagsamahan.
Bata pa lang tayo minulat na tayo ng ating mga magulang sa pagtupad ng tungkulin. Kaya't hanggang ngayon magkakasama pa rin tayong tumutupad sa ating banal na sagutin. Ang sarap sa pakiramdam na yung kasama mo noon na tumutupad sa PNK kasama mo hanggang ngayon na tumutupad sa Katandaan.

July 10,2017 isa sa mga araw na hindi ko makakalimutan, ang araw na sumubok sa aking pananampalataya at bumago sa aking buhay.
Naghahanda ako non para sa evaluation exam namin nang bigla akong makatanggap ng text mula sa aking ina na nakaconfine daw sa hospital ung kapatid ko. she's 4 years old. syempre tinanong ko po ung mommy ko kung anong sakit ni yannie and sabi sakin nilalagnat daw may rashes tapos may beke ( sa kapampangan). mga oras na hindi ko alam kung uuwi ako o mageeval exam pero ewan parang kusa na lang gumalaw ung katawan ko at umuwi ako ng pampanga. pagdating ko ng hospital (monday) nang makita ko ung kapatid ko nanghina ako hindi ko akalaing ganon pala kalagayan niya nagsusugat ung labi niya namamaga ung pisngi niya. and sabi nang doctor baka may "kawasaki disease daw ung kapatid ko" and medyo mahal daw ung gamutan at kung di maagapan maaring magkaroon ng komplikasyon sa puso ung kapatid ko at nang marinig ko yon gusto umiyak pero naiisip ko kailangan kong magpakatatag para sa kapatid ko. Kahit mahirap sakin na iwan ung kapatid ko sa ganong sitwasyon kailangan ko ding unahin ang pagtupad ko (first tupad ko sa kalihiman sa lokal ng Quiapo). Paguwi ko ng tuesday ng gabi dahil wednesday ng gabi ang tupad ko. Pagpasok ko palang ng apartment bumuhos na ung luha ko iyak na ko ng iyak dahil hindi ko na alam gagawin ko. Hindi ko alam kung gagaling ba yung kapatid ko o hindi. So nagsearch ako sa sa google kung ano ba ung kawasaki disease so ayon na nga ung kawasaki disease nung makita ko ung picture sa baba bigla na lang pumasok sa akin ung lokal ng Templo Central lokal kung san ako unang kumuha ng tungkulin bilang kalihim. Bumiyahe ako mula quiapo hanggang Central para don magpanata.
Pagluhod ko pa lang upang manalangin bumuhos na kagad ung luha ko hindi lang dahil sa aking kapatid kundi dahil yon ulit ung unang pagkakataon na nagpanata ako after kong grumaduate. kumuha ako ng tungkulin kalihim nung last year ko nasa pagaaral. Nanalangin ako sa Ama at humihingi ako ng tawad sa lahat ng pagkukulang ko bilang kaanib sa IGLESIA NI CRISTO humingi ako ng tawad sa mga panahong nakalimutan kong manalangin sa kanya at humingi ako ng tawad sa mga panahong hindi ako nakakatupad ng tungkulin. Napagtanto ko sa sarili na porket ba nakagraduate na ko at nakuha ko na ung gusto ko hindi na ko magpapanata at ma
nanalangin sa kanya. Sobrang pagsisisi ko noong mga panahong nanalangin ako sa kanya sobra ung pagsisisi ko kung bakit kung kailan lang ako may problema tiyaka ako lumalapit sa kanya. At alam ko sa mga panahong humingi ako ng tulong sa kanya upang gumaling ang kapatid ko alam kong nasa tabi ko ang Ama at alam kong dininig niya ang panalangin ng kanyang Anak.
After ng tupad ko ng miyerkules bumalik ako sa hospital dahil alam ko na walang magbabantay sa kapatid ko dahil tutupad ung dady ko at sasamba din ung mommy ko. After ng pagsamba may kasamang diakonesa ung mommy ko galing ng pagsamba. pinalangin ung kapatid ko at doon na rin bumuhos ung luha namin dahil wala pa nga ung gamot ng kapatid ko at mahirap makahanap. Doon ko naramdaman na tanging ang Panginoong Diyos lang ang makapagpapagaling sa aking kapatid at binigay ko ang buong pusong pananampalataya ko sa kaniya. Kinabukasan nawala na ung rashes ng kapatid ko nawala na rin ung sugat niya sa bibig at yon unang pagkakataon sa loob ng limang araw niya sa hospital na nagsalita siya at humingi ng pagkain. Don ko narealize na kung lubusan mong ibibigay ung pagtitiwala at pananampalataya sa Ama walang imposible.July 14, 2017 eto ung araw na unang ibibigay sa kapatid ko ung gamot na kailangan niya (14 vials ng IV IG) eto rin ung araw ng kapanganakan ng mga kapatid kong kambal na pumanaw na. Alam ko na itinaon nang Ama ang pagkakataong ito upang ipakita sa amin na hindi niya kami papabayaan. Kung wala na sa amin ung mga kapatid ko alam ko na hindi niya kami bibiguin sa pagkakataong ito. At umuwi ako ulit ng quiapo dahil tupad ko kinabukasan. At nagtungo ako ulit sa Templo HINDI UPANG HUMILING KUNDI MAGPASALAMAT SA KANYA
At mismo ngayong araw nato PASALAMAT NG KABATAAN alam kong gagaling na ang kapatid ko at makakasama na namin siya sa paglilingkod sa ating Ama.
SA MGA PANAHONG NAKAKALIMUTAN NATING DUMALANGIN AT MAGBIGAY PASALAMAT SA KANYA. BIBIGYAN TAYO NG PAGSUBOK NG AMA HINDI UPANG PAHIRAPAN BAGKUS AY UPANG LUBOS NA MAKAPAGBAGONG BUHAY AT PAALALAHANAN TAYO NASA ARAW ARAW NA IBINIGAY NIYA SA ATIN NANANATILI TAYONG IGLESIA NI CRISTO AT ITO ANG DAPAT NATING IPAGPASALAMAT SA KANYA
